4. Speech at the Soviet Land Nehru Award function held on November 15, 1976 in New Delhi. References to the institution of the Nehru Award and felicitations to the award winners omitted.

5. Statement at the United Nations special committee against apartheid on Octoberr 5, 1976 in New York. In the introductory paragraph, it was stated:

"On behalf of the Government of India may I express my deep sense of appreciation to you and to the Members of the Special Committee against apartheid for the signal honour in convening a special meeting to command my country for its contribution to the world struggle against apartheid in South Africa."

6. Speech on Gandhi Jayanti day, October 2, 1976 at the Gandhi Memorial Centre, Washington, U.S.A. The speech has been condensed and references to outdated events omitted.
